This website is operated by Australia-Latin America Business Council Limited (ALABC)as the organiser (Organiser) of the Latitudes of Opportunity: Australia–Latin AmericaForum 2026.
Throughout this website, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Organiser.
By accessing this website or purchasing a ticket to the Forum, you agree to be boundby these Terms of service, together with any additional policies referenced on this website.

1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service, including event registration or access, to anyone at our reasonable discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of this website or event content without written permission from us.
Website content may be transferred across networks to ensure functionality. Payment information is handled by third-party, PCI-compliant payment providers and is always encrypted.
2. Event Registration and Attendance
By registering for the Forum, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
Tickets are valid only for the registered attendee and may not be resold or transferred without prior approval.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, speakers,venue, or schedule if required.
3. Ticketing, Pricing and Refunds
Ticket purchases are processed securely through Humanitix, our official ticketing partner. All transactions are encrypted and protected in accordance with industry-standard security protocols.
Ticket prices are subject to change until purchase is completed.In the event a ticket holder is unable to attend the event, tickets can be transferred to another attendee upon written request. All transfer requests must be completed at least 5 business days prior to the commencement of the event, via email at secretariat@alabc.com.au
Failure to attend the event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund unless explicitly stated in these Terms, except where the event is cancelled, materially changed, or are fund is otherwise required under these Terms or the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

While we aim to ensure all information on this website is accurate and current, we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy at all times.

5. Intellectual Property
