Most Latin American citizens need an Australian Visitor Visa (Subclass 600) - Business Visitor stream to attend the forum (up to 3 months). It costs about AUD 200 and takes 4–6 weeks to process. Apply at least 2 months ahead. Essential documents include your passport, an Invitation Letter from the event, proof of funds, and evidence of your "incentive to return home."

- Declare any food, plant or animal products on arrival.
