Visa requirements for international attendees.

Most Latin American citizens need an Australian Visitor Visa (Subclass 600) - Business Visitor stream to attend the forum (up to 3 months). It costs about AUD 200 and takes 4–6 weeks to process. Apply at least 2 months ahead. Essential documents include your passport, an Invitation Letter from the event, proof of funds, and evidence of your "incentive to return home."

What travel and health requirements apply for international visitors to Australia?
  • Ensure your passport is valid for your stay. Six months validity is recommended.
  • Hold the correct visa linked to your passport, ETA 601, eVisitor 651 or Visitor visa 600.
  • Complete the incoming passenger card on arrival.
  • Declare Yellow Fever vaccination only if you visited a risk country in the past six days.
  • Confirm you are free of tuberculosis in your visa application.
  • Arrange travel insurance, as visitor healthcare in Australia is private.
  • Declare any food, plant or animal products on arrival.
  • Declare cash of AUD 10,000 or more, or the foreign equivalent.

Can I register on-site the day of the event?

Ticket sales close one day before the forum.

Is parking available?

The Melbourne Town Hall does not have onsite parking. There are several commercial car parks and drop-off options within a 5-minute walk.

Can you accommodate accessibility or special requirements?

The venue is fully accessible with wheelchair access. Please notify us of any specific requirements when registering.

Wi-Fi

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue at no cost. Login details will be provided upon arrival at the registration desk.
